Chocolate Chip Cookies


Ingredients

1 1/2 C softened butter
1 1/4 C granulated sugar
1 1/4 C brown sugar
1 T vanilla
2 eggs
4 C all-purpose flour
2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 24oz bag chocolate chips

How To:

Heat oven to 350
Beat butter sugars, vanilla & eggs. Stir in dry ingredients. Add chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 -10 minutes.
Let cool for 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
Remove to wire rack and let cool completely.
Makes about 6 dozen cookies.

Guacamole


Ingredients

2-3 avacados

1-2 T salsa (fresh or jarred)

1-2 T sour cream

1/2 t garlic salt

chopped cilantro

juice of half a lime

How To

Cut avacados in half and scoop out the flesh

mash until you get the consistency you like

add the rest of the ingredients and stir well

You can adjust to your own taste, this is the way I like it!
